A decade is a 10 or 11 day period. A calendar year is divided to 35 periods - decades, which are alternating in 10 and 11 day shifts throughout the year. This way it is possible to order poster placing campaigns every Tuesday and Friday. Decades, placing on Tuesday, last 10 days and those placing on Friday last 11 days.

What is a block? All City® poster panels are distributed in three concluded wholes of locations. These wholes are named blocks and are mutually equivalent.
